What's Included

  • The wedding venue rental is $2500. For other events such as family reunions, parties, conferences, corporate events, call for pricing.
  • Up to 200 guests.
  • Use of the grounds and barn ( one day prior to the event) for setup, rehearsal, the rehearsal dinner, and the day of the event. Additional time can be provided for clean up if needed.
  • Use of grounds for engagement photos.
  • Large assortment of decorations
  • Globe lights inside and outside.
  • 200 Flex Folding chairs and 60 10 ft. benches
  • 3 - 5’ round tables, 14 - 6’ rectangular banquet tables, 2 - 8' banquet tables, and other miscellaneous small tables for decorating.
  • 3 - 55 gallon trash cans with liners.
  • Projector with USB, HDMI, VGA, and DVI connections and screen for video and picture presentation.
  • 2 Sound Systems -- 1 is portable with Bluetooth connectivity, the other is installed in the barn with various playlist source inputs --- smart phone, USB, laptop, etc. This way you can build your own playlists. Saves the cost of a DJ.
  • Wireless microphone system with 300 foot range.
  • 6 - Oak Barrels for display.
  • Large, pedestal oscillating fan and a 50’ barn fan.
  • Surrey, carriage, and a vintage wooden wagon for decoration or photo ops.
  • Fields, rustic door backdrop, arbors, and a walk thru garden that can be used for the ceremony location or photo ops.
  • Hay bales for decorating. When used for seating there is a fee shown below.
  • Parking for up to 150 vehicles.
  • Bride and bridesmaids dressing location on the wedding day.
  • Park style restrooms.

Optional Items

  • Horse drawn carriage or surrey -- $300.
  • Guest house is available for lodging on premise. The guest house sleeps up to 11 comfortably. It has two full baths. Plenty of fresh linens and towels, TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, washer and dryer, and a large deck with a gas grill. $600 per night for up to 11 guests.
  • Hay bales used for seating are $3 per bale.
  • Stand-up Patio Heaters 2 @ $50 each (includes propane)

  • Bonfire setup to include wood and roasting forks for smores, etc. -- $100.
  • Dance floor -- $100.

Clean Up / Damage

Client is responsible for all clean up and trash removal leaving the facility like it was upon arrival.

  • There will be a $500 clean up/damage deposit, in addition to your venue price.
  • This is handled by a credit card validation provided by the client prior to set up beginning.

Additional Information

  • We allow beer, wine, and champagne if it is monitored by a designated person from the wedding party to reduce the risk of under-age drinking or over-consumption. This is required by our Insurance Provider. If any other liquor is served it has to be by an ABC licensed bartender, provided at the expense of the Bride & Groom.
  • Live amplified bands are not allowed. We prefer clients use the provided sound system which provides great quality and coverage for events. If a DJ is preferred, you must use Colby Mac Productions -- Colby McKinney, (615) 489-0572, colbymacproductions@yahoo.com.
  • Acoustical bands and instruments are allowed.
  • All other vendors (i.e. caterers, florists, etc.) are at the client's discretion.
  • We are a non-smoking venue which is the responsibility of the client to designate someone to control.
  • Children under the walking age of 10 must be under adult supervision at all times.
  • Prices are subject to change and are negotiable on a per contract basis.
